Working directly with the Mortgage300 team, I crafted website copy to match a beautiful design for each brand. Staying true to the personalities of these sister companies, I brought a professional-yet-warm voice into play while subtly weaving conversion-copywriting techniques + SEO keywords. As usual, I provided metadata with keywords and on-brand language for the SERPs.

Imagery, metaphor, and overall storytelling gave a special touch to the Mortgage300 site, as their Spartan theme inspired language fit for warriors. On the Cason side, the language centered around more arboreal word choice, as well as the value of working with a local, family-run company. We also revisited both company’s values and mission statement, tuning each company’s to the slightly different brand voices I established.

Additionally, I chose bright, welcoming, and natural-looking stock photos to fit with the theme and aesthetics across both sites.

My long-term work with BarMD has included writing their whole website copy and establishing their brand in a voice chart/guide. This work has extended to many blog posts, emails, and landing pages. I’ve also created, managed, and optimized batches of ads on Facebook and Google.

Brought on for an update to the original website that I worked on, I edited the existing content in depth and started new initiatives afresh. As part of that process, I created new WordPress webpages in alignment with the existing design, chose and edited stock photos, and implemented SEO across the site. I took on a big-picture role of writing, editing, and managing content across all channels – while maintaining a consistent brand voice + identity.
